The Musso Advantage Discount Plan is designed specifically for patients without dental insurance, offering an affordable way to access high-quality dental care. This in-house savings plan provides a discounted fee schedule for all services offered at Musso Family Dentistry. With no deductibles, no annual maximums, and no waiting periods, the Musso Advantage Discount Plan is a simple and budget-friendly solution to help you and your family maintain healthy, beautiful smiles all year long. You will not receive a membership card. Your plan's effective date will be on file with our office. • Patient's portion of the bill is due day of service. Plan does not auto-renew. • Cannot be used in conjunction with another dental plan. • No refunds of premiums will be authorized at any time if participant decides not to utilize dental plan. • NON REFUNDABLE
- Payment at the Start of Treatment: Payment is required at the beginning of your treatment. If you choose to discontinue your care before completing the treatment, you will receive a refund minus the cost of care already provided. - Deposits for Comprehensive Plans: For larger treatment plans costing $1,000 or more, a 10% deposit is required to secure your initial appointment. - Insurance Claims: For patients with dental insurance, we will work with your insurance carrier to maximize your benefits and directly bill them for your treatment, subject to your plan’s coverage and limitations. If we do not receive payment from your insurance carrier within 90 days, you will be responsible for settling the treatment fees and obtaining your benefits directly from your insurer. - Missed Appointments: A $40 fee will be charged for missed or canceled appointments if notice is not provided at least 24 hours in advance. - Returned Checks: A $30 fee will be applied to any checks returned for non-payment.
